Juniper Kitchen aims to create and develop interesting desserts using French techniques to cater for the Australian palate.

Trained in a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in rural France, Grace brings a refined and elegant approach to her innovative dessert creations. Taking experience from her time in the South of France and Serge Vieira in Chaude-Aigues, Grace explores different textures and flavours to create unique desserts for your table.
